A graphene roll-to-roll transfer apparatus for transferring a graphene layer formed on a forming substrate to a ﬂexible substrate, the apparatus comprising: a ﬁrst roller unit conﬁgured to bring a ﬁrst ﬂexible substrate into contact with a the graphene layer formed on a-the forming substrate by passing the ﬁrst ﬂexible substrate, which is separate from the graphene layer formed on the forming substrate, through the ﬁrst roller unit together with the graphene layer formed on the forming substrate to form a layered structure including the forming substrate, the ﬁrst ﬂexible substrate, and the graphene layer provided between the forming substrate and the ﬁrst ﬂexile substrate; an etching chamber provided downstream of the ﬁrst roller unit for holding an etching solution and for receiving the layered structure passed through the ﬁrst roller unit; and a second roller unit provided to be at least partially immersed in the etching solution in the etching chamber and conﬁgured to immerse the layered structure from the ﬁrst roller unit into an the etching solution while passing the layered structure through the second roller unit to remove the forming substrate from the layered structure, and transfer the graphene layer onto the ﬁrst ﬂexible substrate at the same time.
