Research paperExperimental CharacterizationInterplay of energy and charge transfer in WSe₂/CrSBr heterostructuresJosé Roberto de Toledo, Caique Serati de Brito, Barbara L. T. Rosa, Alisson R. Cadore et al.arXiv·2025·10.1021/acs.nanolett.5c03150·arXiv:2509.00810AbstractVan der Waals heterostructures composed of transition-metal dichalcogenides and layered magnetic semiconductors offer opportunities to manipulate exciton and valley properties. The paper presents low-temperature magneto-photoluminescence studies of a WSe₂ monolayer on a CrSBr crystal capped by hBN. The results show distinct magnetic-field-dependent behavior of WSe₂ PL peaks compared with pristine CrSBr, including intensity enhancement when a CrSBr exciton is tuned into resonance with WSe₂ optical states, suggesting magnetic-field-controlled resonant energy transfer beyond charge transfer effects.Read more
