: 1. A method for synthesis of graphene oxide by oxidizing of ground graphite using sulfuric acid and at least potassium permanganate in a medium of supercritical fluid of carbon dioxide, the method omprising obtaining of a mixture of sulfuric acid and dry ice in an amount sufficient for the mixture to be solidified, and a mixture of at least potassium permanganate and dry ice, wherein at least one of said mixtures contains ground graphite; with charging of the obtained mixtures into a high pressure autoclave, and further mixing of the reagents, wherein the outer wall of the autoclave is heated to a temperature between 35 ° C to 50 °C. Method for synthesis of graphene oxide using a mixture of sulfuric acid and dry ice (solidified) plus a mixture of ground natural graphite, potassium permanganate, and dry ice loaded into a 500 ml stainless steel 316L autoclave. 75 ml concentrated H₂SO₄ mixed with 90 g dry ice (1-5 mm particles) solidified and introduced first, then 12 g ground natural graphite (D50=15 µm, D95=70 µm) + 72 g KMnO₄ + 150 g dry ice introduced, then another 75 ml H₂SO₄ + 90 g dry ice solidified mixture added. Autoclave sealed, rotated at 12 rpm on shaker for 3 hours, outer wall heated to 40 °C within 1.5 hours by hot air, then subjected to vibration at 50 Hz frequency and 2 mm amplitude for 1 hour at ~40 °C outer wall temperature. CO₂ pressure slowly released through water tank.
