Abstract

We demonstrate decoherence-free quantum state manipulation in a two-dimensional dissipative photonic graphene featuring exceptional rings. Using the resolvent method, we analytically study the quantum dynamics of emitters coupled to photonic graphene. In the thermodynamic limit, a single emitter shows dissipation-dependent logarithmic relaxation and a quantum Zeno effect. In a finite lattice, the excitation stabilizes in a dissipation-robust quasilocalized state. Two emitters can interact coherently through interference between a dark state and a quasilocalized state. The framework is extended to topological graphenic platforms where edge states mediate protected interactions among giant atoms.
