Abstract

A computational SCAPS-1D study of lead-free all-inorganic NaSnCl₃ perovskite solar cells evaluates 99 ETL/HTL combinations and analyzes the effects of absorber and transport-layer thickness, doping density, defect density, series and shunt resistance, temperature, and light intensity. The best reported configuration uses SnS₂ as ETL and MoTe₂ as HTL, yielding Voc = 1.196 V, Jsc = 35.82 mA/cm2, FF = 89.72%, and PCE = 38.42%.
